As an Indian, I have always felt that there is a lot that needs to be done in the education sector in India. My name is Mayank Chaudhary and I am a biomechanical Engineer working for a reputed cooperation in Canada. The reason for my not so good opinion on the Indian education system comes from my experience of the school and college days in India.
As a kid growing up in India, there was a lot of pressure on me for academic excellence. While that may seem like a fair deal, it isn’t really. This has been one of the strongest barriers in the system when it comes to producing world-class individuals.
Students graduating out of Indian colleges lack that X Factor in them for competing in the job market. While some do have that X Factor, they still lack that spark of innovation which is needed to advance themselves in their professional career.
There are enough and more reasons for one to consider studying abroad. Keeping aside the lack of quality in the Indian education system, here are some strong reasons for you to consider studying abroad.
